What is Acura Precision Certified?
It is Acura's certified pre-owned program. Precision Certified vehicles pass a 182-point inspection and come with a 7-year or 100,000-mile powertrain limited warranty from the original in-service date, 2 years or 100,000 miles of non-powertrain coverage after the new-vehicle warranty ends, and 2 years or 100,000 miles of roadside assistance.
Which Acuras qualify for Precision Certified?
Acura's warranty booklet covers vehicles 6 model years old or newer with 80,000 miles or fewer at delivery. Older or higher-mileage Acuras may qualify for Precision Used, which has a 112-point inspection and 6 months or 7,500 miles of coverage.
Is a certified MDX a good choice for a family?
For many families, yes. A certified MDX gives you 7 seats and 3 full LATCH positions for less than a new one, backed by Acura's certified warranty.
Does the first maintenance come included?
Yes. Acura's certified warranty booklet includes the first scheduled maintenance within 12 months or 12,000 miles of purchase.
